The International Max Planck Research School for Condensed Matter Science (IMPRS-CMS) is a joint program of the Max Planck Institute for Solid State Research and the University of Stuttgart. The aim of the research school is high-quality fundamental research on condensed matter using advanced experimental and theoretical methods.

Applications:
- Register Online: enter personal data and information regarding previous academic studies. The application program will ask you for two academic teachers or supervisors who are able and willing to evaluate your personality, experience, and intellectual merit. Please select up to five potential thesis supervisors from the list of research group leaders. At the end of the online registration you must upload your certificates and other supporting documents as a single PDF-file.
