Online applications are invited for the scientist positions in National Institute of Hydrology Roorkee – 247 667 (Uttarakhand).

Position details:

Scientist F: (one position) Pay level 13A Age limit 50 Years unreserved

Post Graduate degree in Engineering in any one of the following specializations: water Resources/Hydrology/Hydraulics/Soil & \Nature Conservation/ Environmental Engineering AND having B.E./ B.Tech. degree or equivalent in Civil/Agricultural Engg.
Experience of 15 years in Research & Development

Scientist D: (one position) Pay level 12 Age limit 50 Years unreserved

At least 60% marks or equivalent in Master’s Degree (with Under Graduate degree in Engineering with at least 60% marks or equivalent) in any one of the following specializations:
Experience of 6 years in Research & Development organizations

Scientist C: (three position GEN, one position for ST) Pay level 11 Age limit 40 Years

At least 60% marks or equivalent in Master’s Degree (with Under Graduate degree in Engineering with at least 60% marks or equivalent) in any one of the following specializations: Water Resources/Hydrology/Irrigation/Soil & Water Conservation/ Environmental Engineering/Instrumentation Engineering.
Experience of 3 years in Research & Development organizations

Scientist B: (two position GEN) Pay level 10 Age limit 35 Years

At least 60% marks or equivalent in Master’s Degree (with Under Graduate degree in Engineering with at least 60% marks or equivalent) in any one of the following specializations: \Nater Resources Engineering/Hydrology/Irrigation/Soil & water Conservation/ Environmental Engineering/Instrumentation
