Online applications are invited for the scientist positions in National Institute of Hydrology Roorkee – 247 667 (Uttarakhand).

The online option will remain open for a period of 60 days (last date March 03, 2020). The print out of completed online application along with all relevant supporting documents duly self attested addressed to the Senior Administrative Officer, National Institute of Hydrology, Jalvigyan Bhawan, Roorkee – 247 667 (Uttarakhand) must reach in the Institute on or before March 23, 2020 through Speed/Registered post only.

Position details:

Scientist F: (one position) Pay level 13A Age limit 50 Years unreserved

Post Graduate degree in Engineering in any one of the following specializations: water Resources/Hydrology/Hydraulics/Soil & \Nature Conservation/ Environmental Engineering AND having B.E./ B.Tech. degree or equivalent in Civil/Agricultural Engg.
Experience of 15 years in Research & Development

Scientist D: (one position) Pay level 12 Age limit 50 Years unreserved

At least 60% marks or equivalent in Master’s Degree (with Under Graduate degree in Engineering with at least 60% marks or equivalent) in any one of the following specializations:
Experience of 6 years in Research & Development organizations

Scientist C: (three position GEN, one position for ST) Pay level 11 Age limit 40 Years

At least 60% marks or equivalent in Master’s Degree (with Under Graduate degree in Engineering with at least 60% marks or equivalent) in any one of the following specializations: Water Resources/Hydrology/Irrigation/Soil & Water Conservation/ Environmental Engineering/Instrumentation Engineering.
Experience of 3 years in Research & Development organizations

Scientist B: (two position GEN) Pay level 10 Age limit 35 Years

At least 60% marks or equivalent in Master’s Degree (with Under Graduate degree in Engineering with at least 60% marks or equivalent) in any one of the following specializations: \Nater Resources Engineering/Hydrology/Irrigation/Soil & water Conservation/ Environmental Engineering/Instrumentation
