Indian Institute of Technology Postdoctoral Fellowship: Indian Institute of Technology Jodhpur was created in 2008 with the aim of developing a tandem between technological thought and action to benefit the economic development of India. The Department of Chemistry of IIT Jodhpur is offering young Doctoral Degree holders the opportunity to apply for Postdoctoral Positions.

The Department of Chemistry is looking at growing in Healthcare technologies and developing devices for diagnosis and treatment of illnesses.

  • A fellowship amount of Rs. 40,000/- per month would be given
  • Accommodation may be provided as per IIT Jodhpur norms within the campus, if available
  • Alternatively, each fellow shall be paid House Rent Allowance of Rs. 8,000 per month.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • The applicant must hold a Ph.D. degree in appropriate discipline
  • The applicant must show a consistently good academic record throughout 10th to Ph.D. with at least first-class Degree throughout.
  • The applicant can apply for the Post-Doctoral Fellowship positions, within 5 years of award of the Ph.D. program.
    the candidate must be less than 35 years of age which is relaxable by 5 years for women and reserved category applicants.
