Dresden International Graduate School for Biomedicine and Bioengineering (DIGS-BB) offers Internship Positions for Bachelor and Master students with an excellent academic performance record.
Requirements:
- Applicants (Bachelor students) must have completed at least 4 semesters of their studies before starting the internship.
- Official enrolment as student at the home University and high proficiency in English is mandatory.
- The Student Research Internships are open to matriculated non-local University students studying towards a Bachelor or Master degree in the fields of Life Science, Natural Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or Applied Mathematics.
Duration: 3 months; concludes with a written report and an oral presentation; exact dates will be agreed individually with the hosting group.
Internship value:
- monthly allowance of 800 Euro to support travel, housing, and living costs
- Guidance in arranging travel, housing and Visa will be provided (if required).

- Applicant must ensure to list preferred internship projects in order of preference, and to upload all required documents.
Admission:
- Applications will be evaluated by the group leaders offering the internship placements after the eligibility has been evaluated by the DIGS-BB Program Coordinator.
- Skype interviews will be conducted and applicants referee may be contacted before making a decision.
- Formal offers to participate in our Student Research Internship program are made by the DIGS-BB Program Coordinator.
