JRF position is available in the field of “Synthesis of large area 2D vertical heterostructures of graphene-metal/metal oxide and study their electrochemical and catalytic properties”.

Synthesis of large area 2D vertical heterostructures of graphene-metal/metal oxide and study their electrochemical and catalytic properties” at Centre for Nano and Material Sciences (CNMS), JAIN (Deemed-to-be) University, Bangalore, Karnataka in Dr. Manav Saxena research group.

Initial appointment for 01 year, extendable up to 03 years based on performance. The objective of the 03 years position should be aimed at obtaining a doctoral degree at the JAIN University Bangalore, Karnataka with peer reviewed publications.

Required Qualification

  1. M. Sc. in Chemistry/Physics/Materials science. Candidate should have obtained at least 60% marks in qualifying degree examination.
  2. Preference will be given to CSIR-UGC NET (JRF/LS) or GATE qualified candidate.
  3. The ability to work closely and collaborate with colleagues is a must. Proficiency in the English language is required.
  4. Candidate having hand-on experience in electrochemistry will get preference.
