The Max Planck Institute of Immunobiology and Epigenetics offers a postdoc position in immunology in the independent Max Planck Research Group (MPRG) “Immune Cell Dynamics”. The group is headed by Dr. Tim Lämmermann.
Duration: The position is available for an initial 2 year appointment with the possibility of extension.
Qualifications required:
- Applicants must hold Doctorate or equivalent doctoral degree with at least 3 years of proven research experience in immunology, cell biology, neurobiology and/or advanced microscopy.
- Applicants having prior experience with transgenic mice, immunological or neurobiological disease models will be preferred.
- Applicant must have previous work experience with live cell microscopy, multicolor flow cytometry and cellular immunological assays, reflected in their publication record.
- Applicant with experience with bio-informatical analysis like Galaxy RNAseq Analysis would have advantage.
Salary: Salary will be based on previous experience according to TVöD guidelines.
