National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER) invites eligible candidates for Walk-in Interview. Details of available positions are given below.

Duration: initially for 1 year; may be extended

Assistant Professor (Contract) (Pharmaceutics)

Number of positions: 1 position

Age Limit: 45 years.

Qualification:

• D. with first class or equivalent at the preceding degree (M.S. (Pharm) / M. Pharm/ M.Sc) in Pharmaceutical Sciences with a very good academic record throughout.
• Candidates with fresh PhD or less than 3 years of research / teaching experience in relevant area in recognized Institute.

Scientific Officer

Number of positions: 1 position

Age Limit: 45 years.

Qualification:

• D. with first class or equivalent at the preceding degree (M.S. (Pharm.)/ M.Pharm / M.Sc) in Medical Statistics / Biostatistics from a recognized university in first class.
• Candidate with fresh Ph.D. or less than 3 years of experience in Teaching / Industry / Research in relevant area in recognized institute.
• Additional Post-Doctoral research/teaching experience in relevant subjects in recognized institute(s).
• The candidate must have adequate experience in academic, research and research funding affairs, maintaining liaison with other Institutions of higher learning and research and also with Industries.

Assistant Grade-III

Number of positions: 2 positions

Age Limit: 40 years.

Qualification(s) :

• Graduate with 55% marks with fluency in English and proficiency in MS office & computer operations.
• 2 years’ experience in Government/ University/ Research Institute handling Finance & Accounts / Store & Purchase / General Administration / Recruitment / Academic related job.

Finance & Account Officer

Number of positions: 1position

Age Limit: 45 years.

Qualification(s):

• Master Degree with Commerce or Business Administration (Finance) with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade.
• At least 10 years of experience in dealing with Finance and Accounts in Institute / University / Government Organization of repute.
• Knowledge / proficiency in Central Government rules & regulations of Administrative functioning, GFR, Project Management and Balance sheet etc.

Section Officer (Store & Purchase)

Number of positions: 1 position

Age Limit: 40 years.

Qualification(s):

• Graduate with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade.
• 8 years in dealing and supervising Stores and Purchase in University/IITs/ Central research institutes of repute.
• Knowledge / Proficiency in Central Government rules & regulations.
