Örebro University: Postdoc in Medicine: Örebro University is a modern, broad-based university with internationally prominent research. The School of medical sciences, Örebro University invited online applications from candidates with experience in the field of bioinformatics data analysis of molecular and clinical data for filling up the Postdoc position in medicine for a fixed term of two years.
About the Positions: The above position will be a part of the research group Functional Bioinformatics and closely associated with the Cardiovascular Research Centre at the School of Medical Sciences. Selected candidate will work on Bioinformatics data analysis and research, executing and further developing appropriate data analysis algorithms and workflows in genomic medicine, as well as systems biological modelling approaches.
Title: Postdoctoral researcher in medicine with specialization functional bioinformatics – machine learning for genomic medicine.
Position: Postdoc position
Salary: According to agreement.
Duration: fixed term of 2 years
Educational qualifications: Interested and eligible candidates must hold a doctoral degree in bioinformatics or in related subject (especially from computer science, statistics, epidemiology, physics, mathematics). The PhD degree must have been awarded no more than 3 years prior to the application deadline.
