About the Positions: PhD or MPhil degrees in the field of fundamental and applied research of complex high temperature multi-component multi-phase systems including experimental studies integrated with thermodynamic modelling (Thermodynamic modelling use FactSage – one of the internationally leading computer packages) and experiments based on the modern analytical methods such as electron probe X-ray microanalysis EPMA, Laser Ablation Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry LAICPMS, SEM, XRD etc.

Educational qualifications: Interested and eligible candidates must have Masters Degree in metallurgical engineering or related discipline/ chemical engineering/materials science/ inorganic chemistry/earth science/physics and mathematics with strong methodological background and analytic skills, good writing abilities, and the capacity to work with multidisciplinary research teams.
