PhD positions in Applied Physics are lavaliable for excellent candidates. Minimum qualification required is a degree in physics and experience in (single-molecule) microscopy. There is a oppurtinuity to closely collaborate with other researchers during the project within the Institute of Complex Molecular Systems.
Key Tasks Involved:
- Developing the necessary protocols to functionalize metallic nanoparticles.
- Using single-molecule optical microscopy to study the kinetics of enzyme-inhibitor interactions.
- Compare your experimental results to theoretical predictions.
