The Department of Informatics at Technische Universität München (TUM) invites applications for PhD/researcher positions at the research group Data Mining and Analytics.
Requirements:
- Applicant must be talented and highly motivated computer scientist (or with a related background)
- Applicant must have interest in the design, development, and analysis of novel data mining/machine learning methods.
Qualification requirement:
- Applicant must hold M.Sc. or Diploma with very excellent grades in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent
- Applicant must have strong background in data mining, machine learning, big data analytics, or similar topics
- Applicants with good programming skills in at least one programming language (Java, C++, Python, R, etc.) will be preferred.
- Applicant must possess good English language skills
