The Department of Ecology, Environment and Plant Sciences (DEEP) at Stockholm University invites applications for postdoctoral fellow. DEEP conducts research and education in an international environment.
Study areas:
- Plant evolution
- Interactions between plants and other organisms
- Climate change effects on plant phenology and distribution
- Plant growth and development
The position will be associated with the research group of one of the prof, associate prof or asst. prof. at the department. Applicants are encouraged to first contact the group leader.
Qualification requirements
- Postdocs are appointed basically for research purposes.
- Applicants must hold a Swedish doctoral degree or an equivalent degree from another country.
Selection criteria:
- Applicant’s highest degree must have been completed not more than 3 years before the deadline for applications (older degree may be acceptable under special circumstances)
- Applicant’s scientific proficiency and the scientific potential of the project will be considered.
- Applicant’s scientific proficiency is based on the CV, and interviews
Duration: full-time employment; 2 years (maximum); possibility of extension under special circumstances.
