Project Description: The research activity will focus on:

  1. The fabrication and characterization of printed electronic devices, through the exploitation of two-dimensional materials (2DMs).
  2. The target is to define new device concepts and architectures (e.g., heterostructures) to be exploited in circuits printed on different substrates (both rigid and flexible), for electronic (e.g., amplifiers, logic circuits, etc.), optoelectronic applications (e.g., photodetectors, solar cells, etc.) and sensing applications.
  3. The activity will also include the electrical and noise characterization of printed devices, at different temperatures and it is undertaken within several European projects including the ERC PEP2D, the H2020 WASP project and the Graphene Flagship project.

REQUIRED LANGUAGES: ENGLISH: Excellent

Qualifications / Eligibility

  1. Previous experience with fabrication of printed devices, and with measurement systems represent an added value.
  2. The ideal candidate should be really motivated, and able to perform research independently, as well as to collaborate in a team.
  3. Fluency in English is essential.
