Applications are invited on the prescribed form alongwith application fee of Rs.200/- in shape of Bank Draft payable at Ludhiana in favour of Comptroller, PAU, Ludhiana on any working day from 9.00 A.M. to 5.00 P.M. along with attested copies of certificates for the One position Research Associates/Research Fellow. Project titled “Incentivizing Research in Agriculture “Project-III Genetic modifications to improve biological nitrogen fixation, ICAR-52 (PC-2303)” for a period of six months or till the termination of the scheme whichever is earlier.

Qualifications

• Sc. with minimum 50% marks.
• Master’s degree in Biotechnology/Genetics/Plant Breeding/ Plant Breeding and Genetics/ Plant Breeding, Genetics & Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/ Botany/ Microbiology with 4 years/ 5 years of Bachelor’s degree having 1^stdivision or 65% marks or equivalent overall grade point average, with at least two years of research experience.

• Applicants having post graduate degree in subject mentioned above, but having Bachelor degree with three years must have passed the NET.
