Mathematical Sciences/Theory Postdoc position (Job #547307)

Microsoft Research New England is actively seeking a postdoctoral researcher in the mathematical sciences, broadly interpreted to include pure or applied mathematics as well as mathematical aspects of related fields, such as theoretical computer science or statistics.

Applicants who apply to both this position and an instructorship in the MIT department of mathematics may be considered for the joint Schramm postdoctoral fellowship between MSR New England and MIT.

Postdoctoral Researcher – Comp Bio & Healthcare

At Microsoft Research, our multi-site team of machine learning experts is collaborating with experts in cancer immunotherapy at several leading cancer centers and universities. Harnessing a cancer patient’s immune system to fight their disease is a promising new frontier in cancer treatment.

Our shared goal is to figure out how to better target therapies to patients by learning from biomedical data.

To help us with this, the Computational Biology team is looking for a postdoctoral researcher who can bring their energy, ideas and expertise in computational biology and/or healthcare to drive this research in our New England team!
