Postdoc in Model-Driven Engineering at Mälardalen University:  Mälardalen University is located on both sides of Lake Mälaren with campuses in Eskilstuna and Västerås. It conducts research within all areas of education and have internationally outstanding research in future energy and embedded systems. Mälardalen University invited applications from eligible candidate for filling up the Postdoc position in Model-Driven Engineering available at the School of Innovation, Design and Engineering for The ITEA3 BUMBLE project, funded in Sweden by Vinnova.

About the Position: BUMBLE aims at providing an innovative system and software development framework based on blended modelling notations/languages (e.g. textual and graphical). This position will focus on a variety of challenges related to blended modelling, including: definition of (meta)models for the description of blended languages, design and implementation of model transformations to ensure seamless synchronization across notations, consistency management and change propagation for collaborative modelling/design.

Duration: Full time, 2 years

Educational qualifications: Interested and eligible candidates must have PhD Degree in Computer Science and excellent knowledge and skills in theoretical and practical software engineering  with particular emphasis on model-driven engineering, especially graphical and textual modelling, modelling and manipulation of software/system/data models, model transformations, as well as Java programming in the Eclipse platform.
