About the Group:
MIND group specializes in III–V integration on silicon for novel-electronic and photonic-devices as well as nanoscale materials and device characterization. Investigations are on with III–V nanowire emitters which are monolithically integrated on Si.
Experience in following points will be an advantage:
- Simulation of optical and optoelectronic devices.
- Plasmonic materials and devices.
- Knowledge of III–V material.
Tasks Involved in the project are:
- Construction and running of an electro-optical characterization platform.
- Cryogenic characterization of nanoscale emitters and novel materials.
- Optical characterization and electro-optic simulations.
