Postdoc or Scientist Position in Matter Science at RIKEN: Strong Correlation Materials Research Group, RIKEN Center for Emergent Matter Science invites online applications from eligible bright candidate who is interested in research field in Matter Science for filling up the Research Scientist or Postdoctoral Researcher (W19211) for bounded full-time for a period of 1 Year, renewable based on evaluation at RIKEN Wako (2-1 Hirosawa, Wako, Saitama 351-0198. Materials Research Group aims to obtaining gigantic cross-correlation responses, understanding their mechanisms, and developing new functions in strongly-correlated-electron bulk materials, such as transition-metal oxides.

Position: Research Scientist or Postdoctoral Researcher (W19211)

Salary: According to agreement

Duration: 1 year fixed-term employment contract, renewable based on evaluation, to a maximum 10 years for Research Scientist, or 5 years for Postdoctoral Researcher.

Educational qualifications: Interested candidates should have doctoral degree (or are expected to receive by the time of employment) in condensed matter physics and experience in the field of strongly-correlated electron systems and/or materials exploration.
