Postdoc position at Spin Caloritronics Group, NIMS:  Research Center for Magnetic and Spintronic Materials, Spin Caloritronics Group, National Institute for Materials Science (NIMS) invited applications from eligible candidate for filling up the Postdoctoral Researcher (Fixed Term ) position.

About the position: Main work of this position is Experimental studies for the development of fundamental physics and applications for thermal energy management using magnetic and spintronic materials.

Total Vacancies: 1 Position

Position: Postdoctoral Researcher (Fixed Term )

Duration: one year (renewable up to 5 years with annual evaluation)

Salary: as per norms.

Location for position: NIMS Sengen site (Tsukuba, Japan)

Educational qualifications: Interested and eligible candidates must have a PhD degree in physics, applied physics, or materials science. Knowledge and experiences on thin film growth/characterization, Experiences on electric and magnetic transport measurements are required. Candidates with background on condensed matter physics will be preferred.
