Postdoc Position in ElectroMicrobiology at RIKEN: RIKEN Center for Sustainable Resource Science invites online applications from eligible bright candidate who is interested in research field in science and engineering for filling up the Research scientist or postdoctoral researcher (W18026) work on ElectroMicrobiology, which is an interdisciplinary field of Microbiology and Physical Chemistry to develop a new method for evaluating symbiotic relationships between bacteria and animals, which can contribute to generation of energy and resources for bounded full-time for a period of 1 Year, renewable based on evaluation at RIKEN Wako (2-1 Hirosawa, Wako, Saitama 351-0198.

Position: Research scientist or postdoctoral researcher (W18026)

Salary: According to agreement

Duration: 1 Year, term employment contract, renewable based on evaluation, to a maximum of the end of the fiscal year (March 31) in which the employee completes 7 years (5 years for postdoctoral researcher) of employment.

Educational qualifications: Interested candidates should have doctoral degree in science and engineering, and must have proficiency and experience in the above mentioned research topic. Candidates also required having with sufficient English level for communication.
