Postdoc position in Mass Spectrometry at Stockholm University: Stockholm University offers multicultural environment in one of the world’s most dynamic capital cities. The Department of Materials and Environmental Chemistry (MMK), Stockholm, Sweden invites online applications from a highly motivated researcher for filling up the Postdoctoral Fellow in Computational Mass Spectrometry available in the research group of Prof. Kruve and associated with the project ”Quantitative non-targeted screening for understanding mixture toxicity” with the aim to develop novel machine learning approaches for quantitative non-targeted LC/HRMS screening.
About the position: This research involves machine learning algorithms for LC/HRMS and includes modelling of fragmentation pattern and ion mobility data as well as ionization behaviour, including adduct formation and ionization efficiency.
Position: Postdoc Fellow
Duration: 2 years

Qualification: Interested candidates must have PhD degree in Computational Mass Spectrometry with experiences in computational mass spectrometry, chemoinformatics, bioinformatics and Proficiency in developing machine learning algorithms for regression, classification and clustering. Candidates with Experiences with R language is expected and the ability for engineering machine learn algorithms will be preferred.
