Empa, the research institute for materials science and technology invites applications for a PostDoc position on 3D tissue models for implant development in the Laboratory for Biointerfaces at Empa in St. Gallen. This position (100%) is immediately available and for a period of 2 years with the possibility for an extension.

Requirements:

• Candidates holding a PhD degree in Biomedical Engineering, (Bio)Materials Science, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Microbiology or a related field with a high motivation to work in an interdisciplinary project are invited to apply.
• Experience with cell culture work, excellent communication skills and good verbal and written knowledge in English are a prerequisite.
