Postdoc Positions in Mechatronic Engineering at UQ: Faculty of Engineering, Architecture & Info Tech., School of Mechanical and Mining Engineering, the University of Queensland (UQ) invited applications from eligible candidates for filling up the full-time, fixed term  position of Postdoctoral Research Fellow to assist in the delivery of lectures, tutorials and practical classes, and mark assessment, undertake fundamental and applied research in the areas of control systems, robotics, and automation.

About the Research: Selected candidates will manage and undertake fundamental and applied research in the areas of control systems, robotics and automation, in support to the Smart Machines Group within the School of Mechanical and Mining Engineering.

Educational qualifications: Interested and eligible candidates must have Proved evidence of publications in high quality outlets and ability to prepare effective reports that document research findings and PhD degree in Mechatronic Engineering, Robotics, Automation with experience in at least one of control systems, robotics and automation as well as experience in software development. Candidates experienced with using the C++ programming language will be preferred. Candidates must have strong organisational skills, and well-developed interpersonal skills.
