The Department of interdisciplinary culture studies at Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), offers a 3-year position as postdoctoral fellow. The position will be linked to a research project on gender balance in academia “Equality from below. Towards a gender-balanced NTNU 2025 “.

Salary:

  • Pay grade 57, which corresponds to 488,900 gross per year.

Eligibility:

  • Applicants must hold PhD in Gender Studies, Science and Technology studies or other relevant field.
  • Applicants must have interest and knowledge of research on gender and equality, university and / or organizations / institutions.
  • Applicants must have knowledge and proven experience of qualitative, empirical research.
  • Applicants must possess knowledge of English (written and spoken).
