The Department of Computer and Systems Sciences (DSV) at Stockholm University is inviting applications for a Postdoctoral position (Ref. No. SU FV-2667-19). DSV offers a stimulating research environment and a strong research group in the area of data science with well-established national and international academic institutions.
About the Project and position:
- The position will be associated with an ongoing project on ethical and legal aspects of machine learning in healthcare, led by Professor Panagiotis Papapetrou.
- The main objective of the project is to develop machine learning methods that facilitate explainability and interpretability.
- The project will be carried out at Stockholm University in strong collaboration with the Department of Law at Stockholm University as well as with KTH and Karolinska Institute.
- The postdoctoral fellow will be involved in all parts of the research project. This includes contacts with collaborating partners, data representation, data analysis, implementation, testing and development of algorithms, and publishing and reporting of research results.
Qualifications:
- Applicants are expected to hold a Swedish doctoral degree or an equivalent degree from another country.
