Postdoctoral Position in Topological Nano-photonics: ICFO is offering a postdoctoral position to well-qualified, highly motivated and dynamic young scientists for filling up the Postdoctoral Position in Topological Nano-photonics for one year, renewable for a total of up to three years.
About the Positions: The above position receives the support of the ERC Consolidator Grant “Topological Nano-Photonics” awarded by the European Commission. Selected Candidates candidate will be part of an emerging project carried out in the quantum nano-optoelectronics group of Prof Frank Koppens and will play a explanation role in real-space nanometer-scale imaging of collective excitations in 2d and novel quantum materials, and unravelling quantum and topological phenomena.
Positions: Postdoctoral Position
Duration: one year, renewable for a total of up to three years
Remuneration: As per norms.
Educational qualifications: Interested and eligible candidates must have Ph.D Degree in (or evidence of its completion in the nearest future) preferably in physics. Candidates having experience with 2d and/or quantum materials is highly desired, and experience with near-field microscopy and nano-photonics will be preferred.
