The Max Planck Institute of Molecular Cell Biology and Genetics is offering a Postdoctoral Position in Cell Biology. The institute is an international research institute focused on cell and developmental biology. The position is available in group of Marino Zerial and applicant with strong background in cell biology to work on the delivery of oligonucleotide therapeutics is encouraged to apply.
Qualifications
- The candidate must have a doctoral degree and documented experience in cell biology and fluorescence microscopy imaging.
- Experience in in vivo studies with mice will be an advantage.
- The candidate should be able to interact with members of an interdisciplinary team of cell biologists, biochemists, computer scientists and clinicians, work in a competitive international environment
- The candidate must possess excellent communication and data presentation skills (English is the working language at the MPI-CBG).
Duration: full-time; available immediately; initially for 2 years
