Research Assistant (Agriculture Chemistry): in working under the ageis of Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution, Department of Food & Public Distribution, (Gov. of India), Kanpur
Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for the appointment to post of Research Assistant (Agriculture Chemistry).
Type of position:
- Non Ministerial post in the Pay Band-1, with Rs.5200-20200 with Grade Pay of Rs.2800/-
- Filled up on deputation (including short-term contract)
Start date: The post is vacant w.e.f. 1st June, 2016.
Requirements: The post is to be filled from amongst officials under the Central/State Government/Union Territories/Universities/Statutory or Autonomous
Organisation or Recognised Research Institutes fulfilling the following conditions:-
- Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; and
Possessing the following educational qualification;
A. ESSENTIAL:
Bachelors degree in Agriculture with Agriculture Chemistry as one of the main subject.
B. DESIRABLE:
Masters degree in Agriculture.
Note
- Period of deputation, including the period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organisation or department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed 3 years.
- The max. age-limit for appointment on deputation (including short-term contract) shall be not exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of application.
- The place of posting will be National Sugar Institute, Kanpur (U.P), but liable to be posted anywhere in India.
