Exploring the biotechnological potential of mango β-glucosidases for improving the flavor of mango products. Funded by Board of Research in Nuclear Sciences (BRNS), India.

Requirements
PhD in any branch of Life Sciences
Desirable: Experience in molecular cloning, recombinant protein expression, enzyme assays and GC and HPLC analyses.
Applicant must bring all the original certificates at the time of selection process for the purpose of verification, along with one set of photocopies.
