Research on Microscopy analyses of antibody at University of Southampton: The University of Southampton is an institution topmost in the world and is one of the UK’s top 15 research-intensive universities. University of Southampton invited applications for filling up the Research Fellow position on Microscopy analyses of antibody-based therapeutics at the University of Southampton. These positions will be held in the Centre for Cancer Immunology at Southampton General Hospital, Full Time Fixed Term for three years.
About the project: This position is associated with the laboratory of Professors Ward and Ober who are moving their research group from the USA to Southampton to develops advanced microscopy techniques for the evaluation of novel therapeutics in cellular environments.
Position: Research Fellow
Salary: £30,942 to £38,017 Per annum
Duration: Full Time Fixed Term for 3 years
Location for position: Southampton General Hospital
Educational qualifications: Interested and eligible candidates should be PhD holder/are working towards/nearing completion of a relevant PhD qualification in Antibody Biology, Cancer Sciences, must have an outstanding background, including high quality publications, in the use of advanced fluorescence microscopy techniques. Candidates with an understanding of antibody biology and/or antibody-based therapeutics will be preferred.
