Research Scientist Position in Machine learning at RIKEN: RIKEN  invites online applications from eligible bright candidate who is interested in research field in mathematics, theoretical sciences, and computational sciences for filling up the Research Scientist or Postdoctoral Researcher (W18025) in Interdisciplinary Theoretical and Mathematical Sciences (iTHEMS) program who can work for machine learning but also to lead interdisciplinary collaborations among different fields under the concept of iTHEMS for bounded full-time for a period of 1 Year, renewable based on evaluation at RIKEN Wako (2-1 Hirosawa, Wako, Saitama 351-0198.

Position: Research Scientist or Postdoctoral Researcher (W18025)

Note: Postdoctoral Researcher is defined as those with a doctoral degree of 5 years/less.

Research Scientist is defined as those with a doctoral degree more than 5 years

Program director: T. Hatsuda, Interdisciplinary Theoretical and Mathematical Sciences (iTHEMS)

Posting Place: RIKEN Wako (2-1 Hirosawa, Wako, Saitama 351-0198)

Salary: According to agreement

Duration: 1 Year, renewable based on evaluation.

Closing Date: 9 December 2018

Educational qualifications: Interested candidates should have doctoral degree in mathematics /physics/chemistry/life sciences/engineering/computational sciences/information sciences/social sciences. Candidates also required having experiences or strong motivation in deep learning, artificial intelligence etc.
