   Rights.

1. M. Tech. / M.E /M. Sc. with Degree/ Diploma/Certificate Course in Intellectual Property
   Rights.

OR

3. B. Tech. / B.E. with Degree/ Diploma/ Certificate Course in Intellectual Property Rights and 1
   year of work experience in Industry
4. Age: Less than 40 years

Desirable conditions:

1. S&T policy research experience
2. Experience of preparing detailed document, report, etc.

1. Hands on  Experience in Website management (Development,  Maintenance and Updation), Network Maintenance and Troubleshooting
2. Work Experience in Research and Development (R&D)
3. Hands on Experience in Flash/Multimedia/Photoshop Software,
