University of Oldenburg invites applications for Scientific staff at the Department of Economics and Law Faculty II (Department of Business Administration) at the earliest opportunity.
Remunerations: 13 TV-L with 50% of the regular weekly working hours
Duration: till 30.09.2021
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Collaboration in teaching on the foundations of organization and human resource management (HRM), in particular with regard to the deepening of cultural-oriented organizational theories and social references in HRM
- Supervision of additional theses of the above-mentioned subjects and implementation of the accompanying Bachelor’s Colloquium
- Development, implementation and evaluation of an additional teaching module on “Qualitative research in economics”
- Organizational and administrative tasks at the chair.
Requirements:
- Applicant must hold doctoral degree with above-average grades and several years of experience in business management teaching and research with empirical parts.
- Applicant must possess an independent approach and organization, teamwork and openness for new topics and projects as well as excellent written and verbal expression are desired.
