Scientist, RA, JRF, SRF at Cultivation Science (IACS): Applications are invited through e-mail for the appointment of (i) Scientists D (ii) Research Associate-I and (iii) Junior Research Fellow under the umbrella of DST funded Technical Research Centre (TRC) for Molecules and Materials at the Indian Association for the Cultivation of Science.

Details of the positions are given below:

Position Type: Scientist

Number of post(s): One(l)

Minimum qualification:

1. PhD in Science (Physics/Chemistry/Biology)
2. Excellent past academic achievement
3. Good publication record
4. Research experience: 7 years of total research experience including PhD and postdoctoral    (minimum    2 years) studies.

Area of research: The TRC at IACS aims to  pursue translational research in diverse areas of science and technology including:

1. Quantum  Materials for Application (it) Materials for Energy and Environment
2. Polymers, Disordered, Soft and Nanobio Materials for Devices, Diagnostics    and    Therapeutics (rv) Molecules: Understanding, making and exploring commercial viability.
   Presently the TRC is looking for potential candidates   In   the   research area/s mentioned under (ii) or (ill).

Fellowship (INR): 70.000/- per month + HRA as per rule of IACS

Position Type: RA1

Number of post(s): Seven(7)

Minimum qualification

1. PhD in Science (Physics/Chemistry/Biology)

2. Excellent past academic achievement

3. Good publication record

Area of research: The TRC at IACS aims to  pursue translational research in diverse areas of science and technology including:

1. Quantum  Materials for Application
2. Materials for Energy and Environment
3. Polymers, Disordered, Soft and Nanobio Materials for Devices, Diagnostics    and    Therapeutics
4. Molecules: Understanding, making and exploring commercial viability.

Fellowship (INR): 40.000/- per month + HRA as per rule of IACS

Position Type: RF/SRF

Number of post(s): Twelve (12)

Minimum qualification

1. M.Sc. in Physics/Chemistry of Biology
2. Excellent past academic achievement
3. Minimum eligibility criteria for enrolling
   in a PhD programmer as per UGC norms

Fellowship (INR): 30000/- per month + HRA as per IACS rule
