- Not have completed his/her undergraduate degree at a Scottish university.
- Have an Indian citizenship or residence in India.
- Have an offer of entry for September 2019 entry for a postgraduate taught program from the University.
- Be available to attend scholarship events during in October 2019 and May 2020.
