Faculty of Architecture, Building and Planning, the university of Melbourne (UoM) invited applications for filling up Senior Lecturer/Associate Professor in Architecture (Curatorial Design and Practice).

About the position: Selected candidates will play role of leadership in the curatorial design research field and the demonstrated ability to influence and stimulate the student experience through a range of learning and teaching initiatives and they will have an established research specialisation in curatorial design and associated fields, and demonstrate a high level of research performance and promise relative to the level of appointment.

Position: Senior Lecturer/Associate Professor

Salary: Level C $126,128 – $145,431 per annum or Level D $151,868 – $167,312 per annum.

Educational qualifications: Interested and eligible candidates must have PhD or equivalent folio of research, through innovative and published design practice, and industry experience in an appropriate field, preferably architecture having a Strong record of attracting research funding together with a publication record in high quality international peer-reviewed journals or authored books. They must have proven capability to make a significant contribution to teaching, research and engagement in the discipline.
