The Space Telescope Science Institute, Johns Hopkins University’s invites applications for the 2017 summer program.
Duration: 10 weeks
Starting date: Monday, June 12th and ending Friday, August 18th
Value: intern stipend will be $600/week; travel and housing assistance;
Eligibility:
- Applicant must be college undergraduates between junior and senior years. However, exceptional students in earlier years and beginning graduate students are also accepted.
- The summer program is open to students from the United States and other countries, at all levels of undergraduate and graduate study.
- Applicant must have scored upper division.
- Applicant s must have hands-on experience with astronomical data and analysis; capability to work independently; strong background in astronomy, mathematics, and/or physics.
