SwissFEL Nanoengineering Group is looking for a Postdoc Fellow in experimental physics
Tasks Involved
The successful candidate will engage in further development of the ALD method & its integration in automated protein crystal harvesting & delivery. Participation in the X-Ray crystallography experiments at macromolecular crystallography beamlines (using installed ALD). The candidate will also document & present the scientific results in conferences or as publications in peer-reviewed journals.
Qualifications / Requirements
- PhD degree in experimental physics, electronic engineering, biophysical analytics or in a related field.
- Experience in construction of experimental setup (hardware and software), conducting experiments,
- Good communication and writing skills in English.
Fellowship Benefits
- Employment contract is limited to one year initially with the possibility for extension of another year.
- Fellowships will be as per Institutes regulations.
