DTU is seeking a post-doctoral associate to become part of the Bacterial Synthetic Biology group at the Novo Nordisk Foundation Center for Biosustainability (DTU Biosustain)
Qualifications:
- Applicant must hold PhD degree or equivalent.
- Applicant with excellent academic track record, strong research experience will be preferred.
- Applicant must be highly motivated towards developing new technology and making scientific breakthroughs.
- Applicant must have a proven track record within the fields of microbiology, synthetic biology, metabolic engineering or biotechnology
- Applicant having experience working with transcription factor or ribo-switch based sensors and cellular logic circuits will be preferred.
Location: Workplace is DTU Biosustain, DTU Lyngby Campus, Denmark
Duration: The period of employment is 2 year with the possibility of extension.
