Union for International Cancer Control (UICC) offers UICC technical fellowships (UICC-TF). This fellowship allows the international exchange of knowledge and to enhance skills in cancer control, prevention and treatment and to allow the attainment of diagnostic and therapeutic clinical expertise that can be applied in the fellows’ home organizations upon their return.

Eligibility:
- Applicants may include cancer professionals such as cancer advocates, public health investigators, implementation and translational researchers, pathologists, epidemiologists, tobacco control activists and cancer registrars in the early stages of their careers.
- Applicant must at least hold an MSc or MA.
- Clinicians and nurses who are established in oncology practice and hold as a minimum an MD degree (for doctors) or RN (for nurses) are also eligible to apply.
- Medical and PhD Students are not eligible.
Tenure: 1 month; extension up to 2 months
Number of fellowships: 50-60 per year
Fellowship value: US$ 3,400 (as monetary contribution towards the least expensive international travel and living costs)
