The University of Sydney invites online applications from eligible candidates for filling up the position of Executive Assistant available at the University of Sydney’s Brain and Mind Centre to provide organisational support to a high performing team and manages the diaries, in consultation with the co-directors personal EAs, of the co-directors, the chief operating officer, as well as the diary for the Brain and Mind Centre.
About the position: Selected candidates will directly support Brain and Mind Centre’s co-directors and chief operating officer and will provide high level organisational assistance for a wide range of Brain and Mind Centre functions and activities. The aim of this position to understand individual circumstances and to develop solutions that improve the quality of life for both patients and their loved ones.
Position: Executive Assistant, fixed term
Location: Camperdown/ Darlington Campus
Salary: $86,000 p.a., plus superannuation.
Educational qualifications: Interested candidates should have experience in the relevant area and knowledge and experience and must have passion to work for Brain and Mind Centre committees, including preparation of agendas, catering, papers, correspondence and minutes with communication management.
