M.Sc.(Chemistry) and ME/M.Tech or equivalent in Instrumentation & Control, Power Electronics, Applied Electronics, VLSI/Micro Electronics/Semiconductor Devices, Optics/ Optical Engg., Applied Mechanics, Structural Engg., Industrial Tribology and Maintenance Engineering, , Power Systems/Electrical Engg. (Power Systems) Electrical Engg. (Electrical Machines/Power Electronics, Electrical Machines & Drives)
