JRF position in Environmental Sciences, Physical Sciences, Geology at JNU , India (2015)

Applications were invited for the following TEMPORARY post in BRNS/BARC sponsored project entitled “spatial distribution of uranium and association water quality parameters in four districts of Uttar Pradesh (Kushinagar, Gorakhpur, Ballia and Deoria)The ten Schools and four special centres of the university produce high quality research publications, books, working papers and M.Phil and Ph,D theses. The JNU alumni occupy important positions, in academics, government, private sector, and in fact in all walks of life. Recently JNU has been ranked by the NAAC as the top University in the country.

A. Position: Junior Research Fellow (ONE)

Salary: As per rules for BRNS AND JNU

Essential qualification: 1. Masters’ in any branch of Environmental Sciences/ Physical Sciences/ Geology/Applied Geology/Chemistry.

Desirable Qualifications: Research Experience in hydrogeochemistry. Isotope Hydrology or NET/GATE qualified.

Position: Research Associate (ONE) with Pay Rs. 40,000/- plus HRA
