- Eligibility conditions for appointment on deputation (including short-term contract) basis: Officers under the Central/State Governments/Union Territories/Recognized Research Institutions/Semi Government/Autonomous or Statutory Organizations:-
(a) (i) holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre/department; or (ii) with five years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the scale of pay of Rs. 9300-34800/- (PB-2) with Grade Pay of Rs. 4600/- (pre-revised pay scale of Rs. 6500-10500/-) or equivalent, in the parent cadre/department.
AND
(b) Possessing the following educational qualifications and experience:-
Essential:
(i) Master’s degree in applied Chemistry or Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering of a recognized University/Institute or equivalent;
(ii) with three years’ experience in supervisory capacity in sugar factory or in a research
institute.
