Organic synthesis and Drug discovery Postdoc position in Australia

We are looking for a motivated, hard-working scientist skilled in the art of organic synthesis to drive this new project for our labs. Your role will be to: synthesize and characterize new drug candidates work with our biological collaborators in an iterative cycle of testing and synthesis design and synthesize analogues and conjugates that will reveal the mechanism of actionmanage a small team of students investigating related chemistry.

The position is available from 1 July 2015. Visa sponsorship will be available if required.

Remuneration package: $100,897 p.a. (which includes a base salary of $85,258 p.a., leave loading and up to 17% employer’s contribution to superannuation).
