Postdoctoral Research Associate in Nano catalysts for Metathesis Reactions, Inorganic Chemistry, Oxford. Applications are invited for a postdoctoral research associate to work under the supervision of Professor Edman Tsang on a research project funded by SCG Chemical group for a fixed-term period of 3 years.
This project involves synthesis, characterization and testing of Nano catalysts for metathesis reactions.
Essential Qualification: Applicant should either already have a PhD in chemistry or a relevant subject area, or have submitted your thesis prior to taking up the post. Have a good working knowledge in nanomaterial synthesis and techniques for their characterization particularly, the use of high resolution transmission microscopy and diffraction methods. Experience in synchrotron characterizations on solid materials would be an advantage.
