This policy outlines our refund terms, processing timelines, and the brand details that will appear on your payment statements.

1. Business Name and Billing Label

  • Legal Business Name: CoAxial EduTech Pvt. Ltd.
  • Operating Brand Name: Digital Open Learning Pages (DOLPages)
  • Billing Label / Brand Name on Payment Statements: COAXIALEDUTECH or DOLPages (as per Razorpay configuration)

Please note: The billing label you see on your payment statement may vary slightly depending on your payment method or bank.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payments made due to technical errors.
  • Payments made for services that were not delivered due to our fault.
  • Cancellation of paid listings or advertisements before activation.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Services that have already been delivered.
  • Featured or sponsored listings once published.
  • Voluntary cancellations by the customer after service activation.

3. Refund Request Procedure

To initiate a refund request:

  1. Contact us at [email protected] within 7 calendar days of the transaction.
  2. Provide the transaction ID, payment date, and the reason for the refund request.
  3. We will review and verify your request in accordance with our Terms of Service.

4. Processing Time

  • Upon approval, refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days.
  • The time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Mode of Refund

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used at the time of purchase (Razorpay, credit/debit card, UPI, or net banking).
We do not issue cash or cheque refunds.

6. Non-Refundable Charges

  • Payment gateway fees and applicable taxes are non-refundable.
  • Any third-party transaction charges will not be reimbursed.
