About program

 The applicant will guide junior researchers and contributes to in the funded project on the discovery,             characterization, re-engineering, and production of novel ligases. Applicant must be experienced in

     1.Peptide and protein synthesis, either chemically or recombinant produced

     2.Combinatorial peptide libraries, biological or/and chemical methods

     3.Enzyme characterization and applications in chemical biology

   Disciplines: Chemistry and Chemical Biology or any related field

   Qualification: PhD in chemistry, chemical biology, or related fields

    Requirements:

1. 1. Minimum 5 years of research experience post PhD.
   2. Highly motivated individual who has both drive and initiatives.
   3. Experience with analytical techniques such as HPLC, FPLC and Mass Spectrometry.
   4. Knowledge in designing combinatorial substrate libraries.
   5. Experience in analytical techniques like NMR spectroscopy.
   6. Strong background in the chemical synthesis of cysteine-rich peptides and oxidative folding of disulfides.
