Universities Of Excellence 2015 Program: The Scholarship Program “universities of excellence 2015” , the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Technology and Innovation, aims to provide scholarships to individuals in possession of the rights of Ecuadorian citizens, who wish to train in higher education studies levels: technical or technological, third and fourth level in the most prestigious institutions of higher education in the world.
Major Disciplines = Education, Arts, Humanities, Social Sciences, Law, Natural Sciences, Mathematics, Information Technologies, Engineering, Agriculture, Veterinary Sciences, Forestry, Health and Well-being (and all realated sub-fields).

This program has no age limit to apply for funding and curricula only a level higher than that recorded since the / the applicant in the National System of Higher Education of Ecuador from the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Technology and Innovation.
Deadline: The call will be ongoing during the year, and will be open from the publication of these rules until December 15, 2015
